Biography

What first began as a hobby inspired by the music found in old World of Warcraft videos, music and sound has been Jacob Ruttenberg's peak priority since high school. Now, 8 years later - after attending university in New York City - Jacob is founder and sole operator of Eigengrau LLC, a boutique music engineering and sound design firm dedicated to expanding one's creative capacity in any medium; musical artists, film makers, game developers, mobile app creators - he works with them all. With his time divided between Chicago - home - and New York City - where he is earning his Master of Arts - Jacob is looking to grow hisclientele, offering unique mixing, mastering, and engineering sessions to creatives new and old, integrating Skype calls when necessary.
